Jáce Gáce was one hell of a hang glider pilot, more importantly he was a gentleman, and even more importantly he possessed an unapologetic passion for the waffle. So we went with it. The Brussels style specifically because it’s more airy and spacious. We like space. Within ours you'll always find something new. That’s because another thing we like is creativity.
